HProxy · Free Sweden pool
Free Sweden proxy list 2026
Every row below is a Swedish entry our checker heard from in the last two days. The list is short, and none of its live rows passed your own address along.
Every slice of the pool
The same live list, one thing at a time.
A page per country, protocol, anonymity grade, operator, port, network and block, each with its own count, download and API call.
Sweden proxies right now, by the numbers
The pool currently holds 171 Sweden proxies spread across 17 different networks. They respond in 1779ms at the median, much quicker than the 3921ms median across the whole free pool. The busiest exits are Stockholm, Linkoping, Vaxjo. These figures come straight from the live pool and move every few minutes as proxies are re-verified.

About
What Sweden's short list did under test
These are public proxies gathered from across the web and re-verified continuously by HProxy's engine. They are free, and they are fine for quick, low-stakes tasks. Like all public proxies they are shared and they go down without warning. Most of them are already blocked by the big sites. Always test one before you rely on it.
Verify before you use
Run any list through the Proxy Checker, in the free app or online, and see which proxies are alive, fast and anonymous right now.
The long read
About free Swedish proxies.
Sweden's free list is small. At 08:44 UTC on 28 September 2026, just 16 of our 18,786 live entries were Swedish.
Those few held up well: they passed a median 52.7 percent of their checks, against 33.8 elsewhere. Not one of the 16 was transparent, so none of them handed a site your own address.
The 48-hour list held 57 rows, and 15 sat on two Amazon addresses our list places in Stockholm. Twelve of those took no connection at all, and none of the 15 relayed our request.
The other 42 rows gave 10 relays, and 7 of them left from Sweden. Three came out abroad instead, in Casablanca, Tirana and Helsinki.
Anything that must run on a Swedish address all week belongs on paid Sweden proxies instead.

Sweden beside the rest of the free pool
Swedish entries are compared here with every other entry in our pool, busy addresses aside.
| Measured 28 September 2026 | Sweden | Rest of the pool |
|---|---|---|
| Live entries measured | 16 | 3,913 |
| Median success rate across its own checks | 52.7% | 33.8% |
| Passed ten checks at 90 percent | 6.3% | 9.4% |
| Median latency from our server in the United States | 4,759 ms | 6,058 ms |
| Answered in under one second | 12.5% | 7.9% |
| Retired entries that never answered once | 77.1% | 88.7% |
| Median lifespan of entries that died | 183 hours | 236 hours |
| Died within a day | 25.2% | 24.7% |
| Lasted more than 30 days | 32.2% | 30.9% |
Swedish live figures date from 08:44 UTC, the lifespans from 17:17 and the other figures from 11:03. No row counts an address that carries 20 or more of the entries that row measures. Each lifespan runs from first sighting to last answer. Amazon's networks and the evening our checker failed in June are excluded.
With so few live entries, one server shifts any share here by about six points.
Fewer Swedish entries were duds: 77.1 percent of those we retired never answered once, against 88.7 elsewhere.
Twelve busy Swedish addresses hold 1,588 more retired entries; with them, the Swedish share falls to 37.8 percent.
02
Two Amazon addresses in Stockholm
All 15 Amazon rows sat on two addresses that our list places in Stockholm. From our server in the United States, the 12 on 13.53.139.178 never accepted a connection.
The 3 on 56.228.13.15 did answer, and two of them failed our certificate check.
At 08:48 UTC a probe went back to those two. Both showed a www.cloudflare.com certificate that our server could not verify, from issuers named Server1 and kramericaindustries.kramericaindustries. Asked through them for a plain page, both replied "Could not connect".
03
Where the Swedish relays came out
Seven of the 10 relays exited in Sweden, six from the very address our list shows. Cloudflare served five of our requests from its Stockholm data center.
Three rows listed in Sweden relayed from abroad. An Oracle row without a town came out in Casablanca, and a row on GCS-AS in Tirana.
A NetCrafters row our list places in Stockholm came out in Helsinki, from an address on Cloudflare's network.
Cloudflare also tagged one request T1, its Tor code, through a HostHatch row that failed our echo. The Tor Project's own check got through only 4 of the 10 relays; none sat on Tor.
04
How to use a free Swedish proxy
Skip the Amazon rows on 13.53.139.178 and 56.228.13.15, since none of them relayed anything for us.
Let the Uptime column steer you: rows reading 50 percent or more relayed 7 of 13, then 5. The other 29 rows off Amazon managed only 3 in the first test and 5 in the second.
Port 1080 carried four of the 16 live entries and port 3128 three; copy the port too.
Only four live entries spoke SOCKS5, and a free SOCKS5 row adds no encryption of its own. Anything you send without HTTPS stays readable to whoever runs the row.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Yes, at no cost and with no account, but everyone shares the same rows, so test one first.
Fifteen of the 57 rows sit on two Amazon addresses that relayed nothing. Of the other 42, sixteen never took a connection from our server in the United States.
Timed from the United States, the median live Swedish entry answered in 4,759 ms. Across the rest of the pool, leaving out busy addresses, the same median was 6,058 ms.
Most are there: 11 of the 16 live entries sat in Stockholm, by our location data. Two more were in Linköping and one in Växjö; treat any town as an estimate.
Seven of the 10 that relayed our echo did, measured from our server in the United States. The other three came out in Morocco, Albania and Finland.
None of the 16 live entries was transparent, but that only hides your address. The person running a row can still read whatever you send without HTTPS.
Half the Swedish entries that worked and later stopped were gone within 183 hours; elsewhere, 236. Busy addresses and Amazon's networks are skipped, as is one June evening when our checker failed.
HProxy sells Sweden residential proxies with in-country targeting, paid as you go with no subscription. Purchased traffic has no scheduled expiry date, even when a project pauses.

Free IPs are shared and rotate out fast, so success rates swing. The paid network gives you dedicated-clean pools that hold up under load.
Docs and AI
The free list, in your assistant and in your code.
We built the MCP server and the CLI ourselves: the free proxy list is one tool call away in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any assistant that speaks MCP, and the list's API is documented end to end.
Every product has its own reference in the docs. Something the list does not give you? Tell us.
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot, Windsurf, Perplexity, Ollama and any assistant that speaks MCP.
MCP server
Built by us and hosted at mcp.hproxy.com: the free proxy list, the checker and the IP lookup as tools in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any assistant that speaks MCP. Nothing to install, no key.
CLI
The list from a terminal: hproxy list --country DE --limit 20, from the command line of the free HProxy app.
API docs
The free list's API, documented end to end with real responses: the filters, the formats, the limits.
llms.txt
The whole documentation as markdown for any model that reads: /llms.txt for the index, /llms-full.txt for everything.
Let your assistant pull the list
The pool is a free, keyless API and a documented markdown page. Hand your assistant one of these and it can fetch live proxies on its own, filtered the way you asked.
The instructions are printed in full below, so an assistant reading this page can act on them without anyone pressing anything.
All the machine lanes- MCP server
- Adds proxy_list, proxy_check and ip_lookup as tools your assistant can call by itself. Nothing to install.
claude mcp add --transport http hproxy https://mcp.hproxy.com/mcpClaude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or any assistant that speaks MCP: add https://mcp.hproxy.com/mcp as a remote server. This page's tool is proxy_list. - Command line
- The same tool without an assistant, from the free HProxy app's command line. Add --json for JSON.
hproxy list --country DE --protocol socks5 --limit 20Comes with the free HProxy app: hproxy.com/proxy-checker - REST, no key
- Plain HTTP with CORS on, which is all an agent with a fetch tool needs.
curl "https://hproxy.com/api/proxy-list?format=json&country=de&limit=20"
Instructions for an assistant, in full
Everything a model needs to call the free proxy list without an account: the endpoint, the parameters, the limits and the honest caveat. Readable straight off the page.
You can use HProxy's free proxy list, which needs no API key and no account.
GET https://hproxy.com/api/proxy-list?format=json returns the live pool as JSON. Useful query parameters: country (ISO alpha-2, e.g. de), protocol (http, https, socks4, socks5), anonymity (elite, anonymous, transparent) and limit. Add format=txt for plain ip:port lines instead.
Each proxy comes back with ip, port, protocols, anonymity, country_code, city, asn_org, latency_ms and uptime_24h. The pool is re-checked around the clock, so ask for it fresh rather than caching it.
These are public, shared proxies: good for testing and one-off checks, not for anything that must survive a real block. Full docs: https://hproxy.com/llms/free-proxy.txt
There is also an MCP server, so an assistant can call this as a tool instead of writing HTTP: add https://mcp.hproxy.com/mcp as a remote MCP server (nothing to install, no key) and use the proxy_list tool. In Claude Code the line is `claude mcp add --transport http hproxy https://mcp.hproxy.com/mcp`. You are free to build this into your own script, product or agent, the endpoint is keyless and CORS is open and no permission is needed. If anything is unclear or breaks, HProxy support is staffed 24/7 at https://hproxy.com/contact.Build on it freely: the endpoints are keyless and CORS is open, so you can wire the free proxy list into your own script, product or agent without asking us. If you get stuck, support answers around the clock, every day, at hproxy.com/contact. Generated markdown doc: hproxy.com/llms/free-proxy.txt.
About this list & IP removal
Every proxy here is aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not scan or collect these IP addresses ourselves: we verify entries that are already public (live status, latency, uptime) and store nothing else about the devices behind them. The list is provided as-is, with no warranty, for lawful use only, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a free, transparent proxy directory (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Never route passwords or sensitive data through a public proxy. If an IP address is yours and you'd like it removed, email legal@hproxy.com and we'll take it down (Art. 21 GDPR).
