The list above holds every free transparent proxy in China that answered our checker recently. At 16:51 UTC on 15 September 2026, 17 transparent entries in China were alive.
That is 8.3 percent of the 204 live entries in China at the same moment. Transparent was the least common grade in the country, behind anonymous with 21 live entries. Among the 75 countries with live transparent entries, China held the 10th largest number.
A live transparent entry in China passed a median 92.4 percent of its own checks. That is more than twice the 35.1 percent for live transparent entries in every country. 9 of the 17 had passed at least ten checks at 90 percent or better.

On 15 September 2026 we tested 31 China transparent entries from our server in Germany. Through each one, the server fetched an address echo, then opened Baidu and Google.

HProxy test from one server in Germany. Every entry on the China list was tested. Exit countries from the ip-api.com echo. Grades as the China list showed them on 15 September 2026.
6 of the 7 entries that showed an exit address were exiting in mainland China. The rest were exiting in Hong Kong instead.
None of the 6 entries that exited in mainland China could open Google.
1 entry presented a certificate that did not verify, which is how interception shows up.

You can use HProxy's free proxy list, which needs no API key and no account.
GET https://hproxy.com/api/proxy-list?format=json returns the live pool as JSON. Useful query parameters: country (ISO alpha-2, e.g. de), protocol (http, https, socks4, socks5), anonymity (elite, anonymous, transparent) and limit. Add format=txt for plain ip:port lines instead.
Each proxy comes back with ip, port, protocols, anonymity, country_code, city, asn_org, latency_ms and uptime_24h. The pool is re-checked around the clock, so ask for it fresh rather than caching it.

Every proxy here is aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not scan or collect these IP addresses ourselves: we verify entries that are already public (live status, latency, uptime) and store nothing else about the devices behind them.
