Send on the same network you select at checkout. An address minted for one chain cannot receive a transfer sent on another, and that is not something we can reverse for you.
Why USDT and not a volatile coin
A stablecoin removes the one genuinely annoying thing about paying for infrastructure in crypto: the price moving between the moment you send and the moment it confirms. If you send Bitcoin and the network is busy, the amount you owed and the amount that arrives can disagree. USDT is pegged, so what you send is what lands.
That is also why it sits first on our payment page. It is not a preference we invented for a marketing page, it is the display order in the live payment configuration, set because it is what people actually reach for.
Which network to send on
Send on the network your wallet or exchange is already using. Tron is the most common choice because the fee to move USDT on it is a few cents, and it is what most exchanges default to when they say USDT. Polygon and BNB Smart Chain are similarly cheap. The Ethereum mainnet route works and is perfectly valid, but you will pay noticeably more in gas to send it, which is a cost to you rather than to us.
The one rule that matters: pick the same network on our payment page that you send from. A transfer sent on one chain to an address generated for another is the single most common way people lose funds in crypto, and no proxy provider can undo it.
What paying in USDT does and does not get you
A top-up needs no identity documents and no card on file, and the balance sits in your account until you use it. That is a genuine privacy advantage over a card, and for a lot of our customers it is the whole reason they pay this way.
It does not make what you do anonymous to the sites you visit. That is what the proxy is for, and the proxy's quality is a separate question from how you paid for it. We would rather say that plainly than let a payment page imply something it cannot deliver.

USDT payment questions, answered
What is the minimum USDT payment?
Three dollars. If you send less, the charge is raised to the three dollar floor rather than rejected, and the whole amount is credited to your balance, so you are never left with a payment that went nowhere.
Which USDT networks can I use?
Tron (TRC20), Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche and Ethereum (ERC20). Pick the same one on the payment page that you are sending from.
How long does a USDT payment take to confirm?
Usually a few minutes. Tron and the layer twos are quick and cheap; Ethereum mainnet can take longer and costs more in gas when the network is busy. Your balance updates once the payment confirms.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayments and overpayments are both recorded against your order rather than silently dropped. If something looks wrong, contact support with the transaction hash and we can see exactly what arrived.
Do I need to verify my identity to pay in USDT?
No. A crypto top-up does not ask for identity documents. Your balance is credited and you spend it on proxies like any other funding method.
