PremProxy is gone. Until April 2026, premproxy.com published free HTTP and SOCKS proxy lists, sorted by country, next to a paid list. By 16 June 2026 the Internet Archive shows a different page: "premproxy.com - Premium Domain for Sale". On 27 September 2026 it still read "This premium domain name is officially FOR SALE." If you used its lists, the alternatives table compares five that work, read the same day.

What it offered
The free side had a proxy list, a SOCKS list, both split by country, and a SOCKS checker. No account was needed: "You do not need to pre-register an account on our website to see our Free Proxies."
The paid side was a Paid Proxy List, "an advanced version of our Free Proxy List". It promised "Up to 6000-8000 public proxies and SOCKS", eight to ten times the free list, "updated on-fly". Its price page left no readable text in the archive, so we cannot say what it cost.
In 2017 the same domain carried the name SamAir. Our page on what happened to samair.ru covers that name.
What we could not check
- Why it stopped. The sale page gives no reason.
- What the paid list cost, or what happened to paid accounts.
- Who ran it. No page we read names a company.

A paid list of public proxies is still a list of public proxies. A paid line is a different product: an address you get through us, under public terms and a refund policy.

Which one to pick
- You used the free PremProxy lists for quick tests: any list in the table, ideally one that tests its entries.
- You paid for its bigger list: a tested free list may now cover the same need at no cost.
- You need a login, a checkout or a country you can rely on: a paid line. HProxy Lite costs $0.50/GB for 1 GB, and Premium adds city and ISP targeting at $1.49 for one GB.

The limits of this record
Everything PremProxy offered comes from the Internet Archive, and its paid list price is unknown. We checked the domain on 16 and 27 September 2026 from our server. If the lists return, this page is due for a rewrite; otherwise, for a check by 27 December 2026.
