People arrive at a free proxy list comparison for one of two reasons: the price moved, or the thing stopped working. This page assumes you are in one of those two positions with PremProxy and wants to be useful in ten minutes rather than impressive in thirty.

PremProxy is not in our priced record, so nothing about their rate appears below. That gap is stated rather than filled, which is the only honest option available.
Look for the tier you would actually land in, not the one at the bottom of the table, and find the expiry and failed-request clauses before the rate impresses you.

We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
Treat all of it as advertising, because it is. Its value is that it is dated and quotable, which is more than most comparison pages offer.
Longevity, on the public record
The domain was registered on 19 April 2017, through Regional Network Information Center, JSC dba RU-CENTER, which makes it about 9 years old. That record was read from the registry on 23 April 2026. The registry shows it renewed to 19 April 2027.
Age is not quality. A long registration does not make a network good, and a new one does not make it bad. What it does rule out is the shortest-lived pattern in this market, which is a site that appears, sells, and is gone inside a year.
Ownership of the list
We checked this one by hand on 6 September 2026. It is a list, and we record the operator as independent.
No proxy seller behind it that we could find. Independent lists tend to live on ad revenue, so expect the page to be busier than the data warrants.
The Internet Archive has it from 15 May 2017 to 23 January 2026, about 10 years of coverage. The domain was registered 19 April 2017 through Regional Network Information Center, JSC dba RU-CENTER.
What none of that tells you is how many of the addresses answer today. We publish our own measurement of that on the free side: of 589918 addresses discovered, 4023 were alive at the last check, with a median lifespan of 145 hours. Any list without a check date is describing a past that has already gone.
What the advertised numbers cannot tell you
What passes through, and what is kept
Free and cheap services are paid for somehow. Read the privacy policy for what is retained, for how long, and whether traffic is inspected or altered. This matters more than speed for anything involving an account.
A country count is not coverage
Ask for the pool size in your country rather than in total, and expect the answer to be vague. Where it is not published, the ten minute test at the end of this page settles it for a few dollars.
What happens when it breaks at two in the morning
Test the support channel before you need it. Ask something specific and technical, and judge both the speed and whether the answer came from somebody who understood the question.

A test worth more than this comparison
Do this once and you will never need a comparison page for this decision again.
- Open an account on each and add the smallest amount they take. Skip the trial if a paid unit is cheap enough to buy outright.
- Point both at your real target, through your real tool, on the same day, with the same mix of requests.
- Count how many requests returned what you wanted, and how much bandwidth each side spent doing it.
- Spot-check the exits. Confirm they are in the country you paid for and the connection type you were sold.
- Take the winner and set a reminder to run this again, since a result has a shelf life of about a quarter.
