The useful question is never whether GlobalProxies is good. It is whether it fits the job you are about to run, on your target, this month. A proxy provider that suits one workload is wrong for the next one.
Everything we can stand behind
GlobalProxies trades at globalproxies.net.
There is no price in this comparison because we do not have one we can date and attribute. What follows instead is the set of questions that decide the cost once you do read their page.
Check the reachable rate, the minimum, the expiry terms and the failure billing, and date your note. A price without those four attached is not a price.
The site, as it reads today
On 9 September 2026 the site introduced itself as "USA 4G and 5G Mobile Proxies , Real Carrier IPs, GlobalProxies". The one-paragraph pitch on their own page: "Premium USA mobile proxies on real 4G and 5G carrier networks. Unlimited IP rotation, sticky sessions, HTTP and SOCKS5, 20,45 Mbps on 4G and 50+ Mbps on 5G."
What else that page states, without interpretation:
The product lines named on that page are residential, datacenter, mobile and SOCKS5. Payment methods mentioned: PayPal and crypto. Support is advertised as around the clock. We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
All of the above is their copy, not our finding. A dated quotation is the weakest kind of evidence that is still evidence.
Age, and why it matters here
The domain was registered on 11 August 2024, through NameCheap, Inc, which makes it about 2 years old. We pulled that from the registry on 23 April 2026. The current registration term ends 11 August 2026.
None of it predicts success rate. It is here because domain age and archive depth are free to check, and a provider whose public record starts last quarter deserves a smaller first order.
Related domains on file: globalproxies.com. Confirm which one you are buying from, since terms occasionally differ between them.
How active GlobalProxies still is
Our crawl of their site found 27 pages carrying a date. The oldest is from August 2026 and the newest from August 2026. 27 of them carry a date inside the last twelve months.
Timestamps are not quality, and a company still publishing is at least a company still trading. That is worth more than it sounds in a market where providers disappear without notice.
The questions behind the numbers
Networks age, so re-test quarterly
Supply changes hands quietly in this industry. The network behind a brand can be replaced with no announcement, which is why a benchmark is a perishable good and a re-test is cheap insurance.
The reputation you inherit
An address you share carries the reputation of everyone else on it. That is acceptable for some work and fatal for anything involving a login. The price difference between shared and dedicated usually reflects exactly this.
The line item hidden in the success rate
On a hard target, failures are the majority of your traffic. Whether those failures are billed decides the real cost, and the clause covering it is rarely on the pricing page.
The comparison, honestly framed
Compare on these rows and ignore the feature lists on both sites:
| Question to ask | GlobalProxies | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Never |
| Minimum commitment | Check the current terms, this one moves | None |
| Identity checks | Their terms page answers this | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | Worth confirming in writing before you commit | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Read their current terms | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
Treat the right-hand column as a claim by an interested party, because it is one. Every line in it is checkable on our own pages and in our own terms.
What to do instead of reading more comparisons
The steps below take about ten minutes and settle the question properly.
- Fund both accounts with the least money each will accept, and note what that minimum was, because it is part of the comparison.
- Aim both at the page that matters to you rather than a test endpoint, and keep every other variable fixed.
- Record the success rate and the data consumed for the identical batch on each side.
- Check some of the addresses yourself for country, ASN and type before you trust the label on the plan.
- Go with whichever performed, then measure again next quarter. Networks change underneath you.

We hold the same record for these, and the same honest limits apply to each:

Where we fit
For completeness: residential from $0.44 per GB, city and ISP targeting included, no monthly minimum, and a balance that stays where you left it. We are a good fit for uneven workloads and a poor one for anybody who wants a signed enterprise agreement.
