Buy a Residential Proxy for the Philippines: Networks, Payment and Prices

A residential proxy for the Philippines gives you an IP from a Philippine internet provider. Philippine sites then treat your requests as a visit from the Philippines. Use it for jobs that need a local view: peso prices on Philippine stores, local search results, and checks in one city.

Three facts shape the purchase. PLDT holds 46.2% of the country's IPv4 addresses. Two sellers advertise Philippine pools larger than half of all those addresses. And free Philippine proxies run on home networks, yet 101 of 102 were flagged on October 25, 2026. Our residential proxies target the Philippines at $0.50/GB for one GB.

Which networks does a Philippine IP come from?

APNIC, the internet registry for the Asia Pacific region, lists every block it gives out, with the holder's country. Its file of October 26, 2026 lists 6,262,336 IPv4 addresses for the Philippines, in 903 blocks held by 466 holders:

PLDT and Globe hold 57.4% of the Philippines' IPv4 addresses.

PLDT's records say plainly how home lines get their addresses. Its largest blocks are named "Residential_DSL" and "Consumer_DSL", with the remark "This space has been assigned as DYNAMIC". A dynamic block hands a home connection a changing address.

The ten largest holder records have 86.6% of the space, and the 447 holders with 16,384 addresses or fewer share 8.8%. IPv6 is still a minority. APNIC Labs measured 21.5% of users as IPv6-capable in the 30 days to October 23, 2026, up from 10.6% in 2020.

How big are the Philippine pools sellers advertise?

More than half of the country, in two cases. We read five sellers' Philippines pages through our server on October 25, 2026, and compared each with the registry's 6.26 million:

SellerAdvertisedOf PH IPv4
Shifter3.9 million+62.3%
Oxylabs3,273,20952.3%
Decodo1,569,46825.1%
Bright Data613,7289.8%
DataImpulse378,6526.0%

Bright Data's page carries two counts: 613,728 in the title and 153,432 Philippines IPs in the text, a quarter of the first.

Shifter's and Oxylabs' figures would each cover more than half of the Philippines' registered IPv4. Oxylabs also counts residential and datacenter addresses together. DataImpulse shows its method: 378,652 IPs seen in 30 days against 7,721 active at once, a 49-fold gap.

A pool number therefore needs two answers before you compare it: the days it covers, and whether datacenter or IPv6 addresses are inside. We do not publish a pool size per country ourselves.

What does a Philippine IP open up?

Philippine search results, prices and ads. Google's help page puts it simply: "IP addresses are roughly based on geography", and location "helps to show you nearby results". From a Philippine exit you can watch peso prices and stock, track rankings in the Philippines, and confirm how a local campaign appears.

City work needs Residential Premium. Our page on Philippine proxies lists 272 cities in 17 regions and 128 networks. Manila, Quezon City, Cebu and Davao are on the Premium lists of October 9, 2026. Residential Lite stops at the country, at the lowest rate.

The exit swaps your address and nothing more, so each site's own rules still apply. MaxMind's Anonymous IP database even has a flag for residential proxies. Our guide to how websites detect proxies covers the other checks.

Why do free Philippine proxies fail?

Since May 13, 2026, our collector has seen 3,080 Philippine addresses on public free proxy lists, and 1,566 of them ever worked. On October 25, 102 were working:

These did not sit on cloud servers. They ran on home and mobile networks, PLDT with 44 and Globe with 29. A residential network alone did not keep them clean: the reputation check had flagged 101 of the 102. Test your code on them, nothing more. Our free proxy list for the Philippines shows the working ones.

How do you pay from the Philippines?

Two ways work at our checkout. A card, Visa or Mastercard, from $10. Or crypto from $3; our guide to buying proxies with crypto shows what each network charges to send a payment.

Either way funds one balance, and the balance never expires. PayPal is not offered at our checkout. Our payment options page lists every method.

How much traffic should you plan for?

Plan on roughly 380 full desktop pages per GB. That figure comes from HTTP Archive's 2024 measurement of the median page, 2,652 KB on desktop and 2,311 KB on mobile. Jobs that skip images use far less, so measure twenty of your own pages before you top up.

Which one should you buy?

For most Philippine jobs, buy Residential Lite with the Philippines as the country, at $0.50/GB for one GB and $0.44 per GB at volume. Free Philippine proxies lose: 101 of 102 were flagged. Choose Residential Premium when the job needs a city, a network or a sticky session of up to 24 hours. It costs $1.49/GB for one GB and $1.00 per GB at volume. Our residential proxies page has the full price list.

What this page could not check

  • We tested no speed, success rate or block rate, on any network, ours included.
  • We do not publish which Philippine networks our own exits come from, or how many there are.
  • APNIC's file counts addresses given out, which is neither the addresses in use nor a count of users.
  • Seller pool numbers are as advertised on October 25, 2026. We could not check what each one counts.
  • We cannot say why free proxies run on home networks; our data shows only where they run.
  • We will check every number on this page again by January 25, 2027.
