The place
Where Soshnoye sits
Soshnoye is the 262nd-largest listed city in Khmelnytskyi and the 9668th-largest in Ukraine.
It sits 270 km west of Kyiv, in the north-west of Khmelnytskyi.
Local clocks run on Kyiv time (Europe/Kyiv).
The nearest big city is Rivne, 65 km to the northwest.

When an exit in Soshnoye is worth asking for
What an exit in Soshnoye buys you over any other Ukraine address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Soshnoye and Kyiv identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Soshnoye. For everything else a plain Ukraine exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Soshnoye the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Ukraine country exit, and the free Ukraine list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Soshnoye proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Soshnoye specifically, or widen the same request to Khmelnytskyi without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Ukraine country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Soshnoye and Kyiv look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, 270 km west of Kyiv. The local timezone is Kyiv time (Europe/Kyiv).
Then take Khmelnytskyi as a whole, or the Ukraine country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
