Buy a Residential Proxy for Ukraine: Networks, Payment and Prices

A residential proxy for Ukraine gives you an IP from a Ukrainian internet provider. Ukrainian sites then treat your requests as a visit from Ukraine. Use it for jobs that need a local view: hryvnia prices on Ukrainian stores, local search results, and checks in one city.

Three facts shape the purchase. Ukraine's addresses are split among 1,350 holders, so a residential IP often comes from a small local provider. Every working free Ukrainian proxy on our list was flagged on October 25, 2026. And the National Bank caps card payments abroad from hryvnia accounts at UAH 200,000 a month. Our residential proxies target Ukraine at $0.50/GB for one GB.

Which networks does a Ukrainian IP come from?

RIPE NCC, the internet registry for Europe, lists every block of addresses it gives out, with the holder's country. Its file, with records to October 24, 2026, lists 9,090,560 IPv4 addresses for Ukraine, in 2,892 blocks held by 1,350 holders:

Ukrtelecom holds 1,428,992 addresses and Kyivstar 941,568. After them come VF Ukraine, Farlep, lifecell, Triolan, Lanet and Datagroup. The ten largest holders have 57.0% of the space.

The long tail is the striking part. 1,296 holders with 16,384 addresses or fewer share 25.2% of Ukraine's IPv4, and the registry lists 2,015 network numbers for the country. Our Premium pool reflects that spread: our page on Ukrainian proxies lists 602 networks to target, in 437 cities across 30 regions.

IPv6 use is still low. APNIC Labs measured 14.8% of users in Ukraine as IPv6-capable in the 30 days to October 23, 2026, up from 0.27% in October 2020.

How big are the Ukrainian pools sellers advertise?

Set each number beside the registry's 9.09 million. We read five sellers' Ukraine pages through our server on October 25, 2026:

SellerAdvertisedOf Ukraine's IPv4
Shifter4.3 million+47.3%
Bright Data428,5104.7%
DataImpulse237,7742.6%

Bright Data names 428,510 proxy IPs in its page title and 107,127 Ukraine IPs lower down, a quarter as many. We listed the title.

Shifter's figure would be almost half of Ukraine's whole IPv4 space. DataImpulse counts 237,774 IPs over 30 days and 11,994 active at once, a 20-fold gap. Oxylabs' page drew its text by script, and Decodo printed only worldwide numbers.

Ask a seller what a pool number counts, and over how many days. We do not publish a pool size per country ourselves.

What does a Ukrainian IP let you see?

The local web. Google notes that "IP addresses are roughly based on geography" and that location "helps to show you nearby results". Through a Ukrainian exit you can:

  • check hryvnia prices and stock as Ukrainian shoppers see them;
  • follow local search rankings in Ukraine;
  • compare what a site serves in Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa, on Residential Premium;
  • test from one named provider, picked from the 602 networks on the Premium list.

Lite stops at the country; Premium goes down to city and network, on lists dated October 9, 2026. The exit changes your address only, so each site's rules still bind your work. MaxMind's Anonymous IP database even flags residential proxies, and our guide to how websites detect proxies covers the other checks.

Why do free Ukrainian proxies fail?

Our collector reads the free proxy lists published online. Since May 13, 2026, it has seen 1,820 Ukrainian addresses on those lists, and only 307 of them ever worked. On October 25, 38 were working:

These ran on small local networks, with only 2 on datacenter networks, yet the reputation check had flagged all 38. Use free proxies only to test your code. Our free proxy list for Ukraine shows the working ones.

How do you pay from Ukraine?

Two ways work at our checkout:

  1. Card, from $10. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The National Bank of Ukraine allows payments for goods and services abroad from hryvnia accounts of up to UAH 200,000 a month, since August 11, 2026. A top-up of a few dollars sits far below that.
  2. Crypto, from $3. Our guide to buying proxies with crypto shows what each network charges to send a payment.

Both ways fund one balance, and the balance never expires. PayPal is not offered at our checkout. Our payment options page lists every method.

How much traffic should you budget?

About 380 full desktop pages per GB, at HTTP Archive's 2024 median of 2,652 KB a page (2,311 KB on mobile). Skipping images and scripts stretches a GB much further, so measure twenty of your own pages in the dashboard before you top up.

Which one should you buy?

For most Ukrainian jobs, buy Residential Lite with Ukraine as the country, at $0.50/GB for one GB and $0.44 per GB at volume. Free Ukrainian proxies lose: every working one on our list was flagged. Choose Residential Premium when the job needs a city, one of the 602 networks or a sticky session of up to 24 hours. It costs $1.49/GB for one GB and $1.00 per GB at volume. Our residential proxies page has the full price list.

What this page could not check

  • We tested no speed, success rate or block rate, on any network, ours included.
  • We do not publish which Ukrainian networks our own exits come from, or how many there are.
  • RIPE NCC's file counts addresses given out, which is neither the addresses in use nor a count of users.
  • Seller pool numbers are as advertised on October 25, 2026. We could not check what each one counts.
  • The NBU's limits for foreign-currency accounts and corporate cards differ from the one above.
  • We will check every number on this page again by January 25, 2027.
