The place
Liapine is part of Ratki
Liapine is not a separate city: it is a district of Ratki, on the west side of the city. See Ratki proxies.
We list it because people search for it and because per-IP geolocation sometimes resolves to the district rather than the city. For every practical purpose an address here is a Ratki address, and the Ratki page carries the fuller picture.

When an exit in Liapine is worth asking for
What an exit in Liapine buys you over any other Ukraine address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Liapine and Ratki identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Liapine. For everything else a plain Ukraine exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Liapine the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Ukraine country exit, and the free Ukraine list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Liapine proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Liapine specifically, or widen the same request to Donetsk without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Ukraine country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Liapine and Ratki look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
No. Liapine is a district of Ratki. To any site you visit, an IP here is a Ratki address; the split only exists in geolocation databases. If you are choosing a target, Ratki is the meaningful unit.
Then take Donetsk as a whole, or the Ukraine country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
