The place
Where Dil sits
Dil is the 501st-largest listed city in Zakarpattia and the 5327th-largest in Ukraine, home to about 225 people.
It sits 550 km west of Kyiv, in the south-west of Zakarpattia, 662 m above sea level.
Local clocks run on Kyiv time (Europe/Kyiv).
The nearest big city is Uzhhorod, 84 km to the west.

When an exit in Dil is worth asking for
What an exit in Dil buys you over any other Ukraine address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Dil and Kyiv identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Dil. For everything else a plain Ukraine exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Dil the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Ukraine country exit, and the free Ukraine list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Dil proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Dil specifically, or widen the same request to Zakarpattia without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Ukraine country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Dil and Kyiv look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Zakarpattia, Ukraine, 550 km west of Kyiv. The local timezone is Kyiv time (Europe/Kyiv). It lies 662 m above sea level.
Then take Zakarpattia as a whole, or the Ukraine country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
