The place
Keswick is part of Newmarket
Keswick is not a separate city: it is a district of Newmarket, on the north side of the city, counted at about 21,000 people on its own. See Newmarket proxies.
We list it because people search for it and because per-IP geolocation sometimes resolves to the district rather than the city. For every practical purpose an address here is a Newmarket address, and the Newmarket page carries the fuller picture.

When an exit in Keswick is worth asking for
What an exit in Keswick buys you over any other Canada address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Keswick and Newmarket identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Keswick. For everything else a plain Canada exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Keswick the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Canada country exit, and the free Canada list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Keswick proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Keswick specifically, or widen the same request to Ontario without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Canada country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Keswick and Newmarket look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
No. Keswick is a district of Newmarket. To any site you visit, an IP here is a Newmarket address; the split only exists in geolocation databases. If you are choosing a target, Newmarket is the meaningful unit.
Then take Ontario as a whole, or the Canada country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
