Buy Craigslist proxies. Posts that stay visible.
Craigslist rarely tells you it blocked you. The post looks live, the confirmation arrives, and nobody ever sees it. The address you post from is the loudest thing that decides it.

- Static ISP
- The sweet spot for posting accounts: a residential address that never changes, so each account keeps posting from one trusted local connection for months.
- Rotating residential
- For scraping listings: a large pool so no single address hits the rate limit. Held sticky, it posts too.
- Mobile 4G and 5G
- For an account that keeps getting ghosted whatever you do. The hardest address to ghost and the highest price; most setups never need it.
Ghosting is the block you never see
A ghosted post looks successful from your side: you submit, you confirm, it shows in your own account, and it never appears in the listings. Datacenter, VPN and hosting ranges are ghosted on sight, and an address someone already over-posted from is dirty before you start.
Posting rate and duplicate copy trigger it too. The same ad repeated too fast, or pasted into ten city sites, gets the copies dropped. A clean residential address per account fixes the network half; unique copy and human pacing are the other half.
One address per account, in the city it posts to
Craigslist is hundreds of separate city sites, and posting to a city your address is nowhere near looks off. Give each posting account one dedicated static address in its own city, on different subnets, because posts from one small subnet read as one spammer.
Some layers no proxy touches. Many categories ask for phone verification, and Craigslist does not accept VoIP or international numbers; paid categories link accounts by the card; and users can flag a live post off the site. The proxy gives the post a fair shot, nothing more.

FAQ
Craigslist proxy questions, answered
What kind of proxy is best for posting on Craigslist?
Static ISP or residential, one dedicated address per account, held and matched to the city that account posts in. Craigslist ghosts posts from datacenter and flagged addresses.
Why do my Craigslist posts get ghosted?
Ghosting is the silent block: the post looks live to you and never shows in the listings. It comes from the address's reputation, posting too often, the same ad in many cities, a VoIP number, or the wrong category.
How many Craigslist proxies do I need?
One dedicated address per posting account, never shared, in the account's city. For scraping listings there are no addresses to count: you buy bandwidth through a rotating pool and size it by how much you pull.
Should Craigslist proxies be sticky or rotating?
Posting wants one static address, because a real resident posts from the same home connection. Scraping wants rotation, so thousands of page loads do not trace to one address.
Terms on this page, explained
The terms that decide how Craigslist treats your traffic.
Residential proxy
A proxy that routes your traffic through an IP address assigned by an internet service provider to a home connection, so requests look like an ordinary person browsing.
Rotating proxy
A proxy setup that assigns a different IP address to each request or on a timer, spreading traffic across a pool so no single address draws attention.
Geo-targeting
Deliberately choosing a proxy in a specific country, region or city so your traffic originates exactly where you need it to.
Rate limiting
A site's cap on how many requests one source may make in a window, the most common obstacle a scraper meets.
