The date it stopped

Wayback has it working until October 2018 and not after, across 1 captures. Treat that month as approximate.
What the last capture shows
The final good capture, October 2018, carried the title "Website Proxy Coming". The banner line read "Website Proxy".
Preserved copy has one advantage over a live page: it cannot be edited after the fact. What it shows is the promise, not the product.

None of it is a verdict on quality. It is the shape of a business that existed, which is worth establishing before anything else, because this market also contains names that never traded at all.

The honest limit here: we can show you the ending and not the reason for it. Anyone publishing a confident explanation of a small provider's shutdown is usually repeating a forum rumour, and we would rather leave the gap visible.
