NewIPNow (newipnow.com) rents private IPv4 proxies by the month: 10 for $8.80, 25 for $22, 50 for $44 and 100 for $88, which is $0.88 an address, with unlimited bandwidth. The domain dates from December 2009, and for most of its life the site was a free web proxy. The private proxy shop in its present form dates from January 2022, and its price has not moved since. Its terms do not name the company behind it. The comparison prices the same 10 addresses at four other sellers.

Its FAQ says "We provide static IPV4 proxies", each "private and exclusive to one user". The plans list "HTTP(s) Compatibility", and the pages we read do not mention SOCKS. Access works by authorising your own IP address in the account. A larger plan spreads the addresses over more cities and subnets, and a button gives a fresh list: "Refresh your private proxy IPs in one click at any time." You pick a target when you order, from Instagram and Ticketmaster to Nike and Amazon, or "General" for other sites.
A month renews by itself until you cancel. The plans page promises "100% of your money back within 7 days", and the terms limit that guarantee to new subscriptions: you open a ticket and work with support "in good faith" on the problem first. It takes PayPal, cards and Bitcoin, and orders of 5,000 addresses or more go through its team.
Where its own pages disagree
The menu on every page still reads "starting at $1/proxy", while every plan costs $0.88 an address. The home page speaks of connections "in over 20+ countries"; the locations page lists 15 countries, with Bali filed under India and Kirkland under the United Kingdom.
How it got here
The Internet Archive's copy of January 2010 shows a free web proxy: "Browse the web anonymously using our shared, public IP addresses". In January 2012 the page added "Get dedicated IPs from $5/month", and later a Firefox extension with web proxies built in. From 2018 to 2021 the title put the free proxy first, "Free anonymous web browsing", with paid proxies as an upgrade. By January 2022 the site had become a shop for private proxies at $0.88, the price it still charges.
What other reviews get wrong
BestProxyFinder's review says NewIPNow "allows one IP rotation per month"; NewIPNow's plans page offers a refresh "in one click at any time". The same review prices the smallest plan at "$5 for 5 private proxies", a plan the site no longer shows. NaProxy describes a service "with a focus on IP rotation" and tells readers to "download the software", while NewIPNow sells static addresses and lists "No Software Needed". Nstdata's review of Twitter proxies names NewIPNow without a price.
Who runs it
The terms speak of "the Company" from start to finish and never name it. They fall under "the federal laws of the United States of America", give a one-year limit for any claim, and leave a renewing month in place until you cancel in writing. The contact block gives an address at 7260 W Azure Dr, Las Vegas, and support hours of 7 am to 5 pm Pacific time on weekdays. Registry records date newipnow.com to 6 December 2009.
The footer of every page ends: "Looking for unlimited residential proxies? Visit DynaProx.com." DynaProx was registered in July 2022 and uses the same pair of Cloudflare name servers. It sells US residential proxies by the port: $10 a month for one, $20 for three and $50 for ten, each with unlimited bandwidth.
Ten addresses at five sellers
At 100 addresses the order holds: NewIPNow $88, Proxy6 $123.80, Proxy-Cheap $142 and ProxyLine $150. MyPrivateProxy's plan of 10 delivers 11 proxies, $2.15 each, and promises a refund within 3 days. Proxy6 works over HTTPS and SOCKS5, which NewIPNow's plans do not list. Rayobyte advertises datacenter addresses "from $0.85 /IP a month" without saying from what quantity, so it stays out of the chart. The full price lists of those four sellers are on our Proxy6 page.
Where HProxy fits
We rent datacenter IPv4 addresses at $1.58 per IP for a month, with HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on every proxy, and static ISP addresses at $2.70 per IP. Both cost more per address than NewIPNow's $0.88; they suit tools that need SOCKS5 or an address registered to a consumer network. Our datacenter proxies page has the details.
Which one to pick
- NewIPNow for the cheapest dedicated IPv4 addresses by the ten, if HTTP and HTTPS and login by your own IP suit your tools.
- Proxy6 if you also need SOCKS5, from $1.50 an address.
- Proxy-Cheap or ProxyLine for single addresses bought by the month at $1.42 to $1.77.
- MyPrivateProxy if a 3-day refund and an extra proxy matter more than the price.
What we could not find out
Nothing here was bought or tested, so speed and block rates rest on what the sellers say. The terms do not name the company, and we did not search business registers for the Las Vegas address. Shared name servers and a footer link connect NewIPNow and DynaProx, and neither site states who owns them. NewIPNow's plans get a fresh read from us by 12 January 2027.
