The place
Where Haaf sits
Haaf is the 419th-largest listed city in Bay and the 1868th-largest in Somalia.
It sits 170 km northwest of Mogadishu, in the east of Bay.
Local clocks run on Mogadishu time (Africa/Mogadishu).
The nearest big city is Baidoa, 59 km to the west.

When an exit in Haaf is worth asking for
What an exit in Haaf buys you over any other Somalia address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Haaf and Mogadishu identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Haaf. For everything else a plain Somalia exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Haaf the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Somalia country exit, and the free Somalia list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Haaf proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Haaf specifically, or widen the same request to Bay without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Somalia country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Haaf and Mogadishu look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Bay, Somalia, 170 km northwest of Mogadishu. The local timezone is Mogadishu time (Africa/Mogadishu).
Then take Bay as a whole, or the Somalia country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
