The place
Where Changra sits
Changra is the 14th-largest listed city in São Tomé Island and the 15th-largest in São Tomé & Príncipe, home to about 1,224 people.
It lies in the far north-east of São Tomé Island.
Local clocks run on Sao Tome time (Africa/Sao Tome).

When an exit in Changra is worth asking for
What an exit in Changra buys you over any other São Tomé & Príncipe address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Changra and São Tomé identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Changra. For everything else a plain São Tomé & Príncipe exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Changra the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the São Tomé & Príncipe country exit, and the free São Tomé & Príncipe list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Changra proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Changra specifically, or widen the same request to São Tomé Island without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the São Tomé & Príncipe country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Changra and São Tomé look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In São Tomé Island, São Tomé & Príncipe. The local timezone is Sao Tome time (Africa/Sao Tome).
Then take São Tomé Island as a whole, or the São Tomé & Príncipe country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
