The place
Where Terebety sits
Terebety is the 131st-largest listed city in Altai and the 65872nd-largest in Russia.
It sits 3,260 km east of Moscow, in the far south-east of Altai, 744 m above sea level.
Local clocks run on Barnaul time (Asia/Barnaul).
The nearest big city is Biysk, 265 km to the north.

When an exit in Terebety is worth asking for
What an exit in Terebety buys you over any other Russia address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Terebety and Moscow identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Terebety. For everything else a plain Russia exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Terebety the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Russia country exit, and the free Russia list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Terebety proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Terebety specifically, or widen the same request to Altai without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Russia country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Terebety and Moscow look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Altai, Russia, 3,260 km east of Moscow. The local timezone is Barnaul time (Asia/Barnaul). It lies 744 m above sea level.
Then take Altai as a whole, or the Russia country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
