The place
Where Mille Lieux sits

It sits 25 km southeast of Port-au-Prince, in the south-east of Ouest, 549 m above sea level.
Local clocks run on Port-au-Prince time (America/Port-au-Prince).
The nearest big city is Pétionville, 17 km to the northwest.

When an exit in Mille Lieux is worth asking for
What an exit in Mille Lieux buys you over any other Haiti address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Mille Lieux and Port-au-Prince identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Mille Lieux. For everything else a plain Haiti exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Mille Lieux the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Haiti country exit, and the free Haiti list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Mille Lieux proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Mille Lieux specifically, or widen the same request to Ouest without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Haiti country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Mille Lieux and Port-au-Prince look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Ouest, Haiti, 25 km southeast of Port-au-Prince. The local timezone is Port-au-Prince time (America/Port-au-Prince). It lies 549 m above sea level.
Then take Ouest as a whole, or the Haiti country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
