The place
Where Abacou sits
Abacou is the 798th-largest listed city in Sud and the 7743rd-largest in Haiti.
It sits 160 km west of Port-au-Prince, in the far south-west of Sud.
Local clocks run on Port-au-Prince time (America/Port-au-Prince).
The nearest big city is Les Cayes, 18 km to the north.

When an exit in Abacou is worth asking for
What an exit in Abacou buys you over any other Haiti address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Abacou and Port-au-Prince identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Abacou. For everything else a plain Haiti exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Abacou the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Haiti country exit, and the free Haiti list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Abacou proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Abacou specifically, or widen the same request to Sud without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Haiti country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Abacou and Port-au-Prince look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Sud, Haiti, 160 km west of Port-au-Prince. The local timezone is Port-au-Prince time (America/Port-au-Prince).
Then take Sud as a whole, or the Haiti country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
