The place
Where Singoum sits
Singoum is the 136th-largest listed city in Far North and the 720th-largest in Cameroon.
It sits 820 km northeast of Douala, in the far south-west of Far North, 684 m above sea level.
Local clocks run on Douala time (Africa/Douala).
The nearest big city is Maroua, 80 km to the northeast.

When an exit in Singoum is worth asking for
What an exit in Singoum buys you over any other Cameroon address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Singoum and Douala identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Singoum. For everything else a plain Cameroon exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Singoum the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Cameroon country exit, and the free Cameroon list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Singoum proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Singoum specifically, or widen the same request to Far North without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Cameroon country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Singoum and Douala look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Far North, Cameroon, 820 km northeast of Douala. The local timezone is Douala time (Africa/Douala). It lies 684 m above sea level.
Then take Far North as a whole, or the Cameroon country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
