When an exit in Barkhōl is worth asking for
What an exit in Barkhōl buys you over any other Afghanistan address is locality, not identity. A site that only reads the country treats Barkhōl and Kabul identically, and the great majority of geo-checks work exactly that way.
The difference shows up on local questions: search results with a map pack, stock in nearby stores, delivery windows, prices that vary by area. For those, request Barkhōl. For everything else a plain Afghanistan exit does the same job with none of the supply constraints.
City-level residential supply moves week to week everywhere, ours included. If nothing is live in Barkhōl the moment you ask, the reliable fallback is the Afghanistan country exit, and the free Afghanistan list shows the public pool measured live.

FAQ
Barkhōl proxy questions, answered
Residential plans support city-level targeting, so you can request Barkhōl specifically, or widen the same request to Ghowr without changing plans. What is live in any one city moves constantly, for every provider; the Afghanistan country exit is the request that never depends on one place.
To a site that reads only the country: no. Barkhōl and Kabul look identical there. To anything local, map results, stock, delivery estimates, the city is exactly the difference, and that is the one case worth paying the supply constraint for.
In Ghowr, Afghanistan, 420 km west of Kabul. The local timezone is Kabul time (Asia/Kabul). It lies at a serious 2,563 m of altitude.
Then take Ghowr as a whole, or the Afghanistan country exit. Single-city supply is fluid in this whole industry, and we would rather hand you the wider fallback in one click than promise a specific street and miss.
