Region-matched means the release region, not just any country
A drop is regional. Entering a European release from a US address is not a small mismatch, it is the signal that separates a genuine entrant from an automated one. The address has to be in the region the release is actually running in.
That is also why a generic proxy pool underperforms here even when it is technically residential: the country matters as much as the type, and pools that cannot pin a country reliably are solving half the problem.
Reputation is the thing you are actually buying
