Rotating pools are the wrong product here
Almost every proxy page recommends rotation because most targets reward it. This one does not. An address that changes mid-session behind a login looks like a session being hijacked, and the bot protection in front of ChatGPT treats it accordingly.
So the correct purchase is the less glamorous one: a single stable address you keep, rather than a large pool you rotate through. Buying the bigger pool actively makes this worse.
Supported countries are OpenAI's decision
OpenAI publishes the countries where ChatGPT and its API are available, and it warns that access from anywhere else may get an account blocked or suspended. Its terms also bar getting around its restrictions. ChatGPT has never been publicly available in mainland China. A proxy changes none of this, and we do not sell one for it.
Where a fixed address does help is an allowlist. Every OpenAI API customer can switch on IP allowlisting, and ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces can accept requests only from the addresses an admin lists. A rotating exit fails that check; one dedicated address can go on the list.
