The Flash Proxy that traded from 2015 is gone, but its name is not. This page sets out what the public record shows about when the old site stopped, what came back on the same address, and what to check before paying either.
The date it stopped
Of 7 archived captures that actually loaded, the newest is October 2023. That is where the old site's trail ends. On 9 September 2026 the domain did not resolve at all (ENOTFOUND), on the apex or the www host.
On 19 September 2026 it answered again, checked from a datacenter connection in Germany, with a storefront titled "FlashProxy" that advertises "100M+ IPs from $0.10/GB". Nothing on the public record ties it to the business the archive shows, so read it as a new shop on an old name.
What it looked like while it traded
The archive first captured a working page in September 2015.
None of it is a verdict on quality. It is the shape of a business that existed, which is worth establishing before anything else, because this market also contains names that never traded at all.
The domain, on paper
Public registry data puts the registration at 15 April 2024, through Amazon Registrar, Inc.. The name is roughly 2 years old. The registration lasts until 15 April 2027. On 9 September 2026 the name served nothing; on 19 September it served the new storefront. Registry query dated 9 September 2026.
The honest limit here: we can show you the ending and not the reason for it. Anyone publishing a confident explanation of a small provider's shutdown is usually repeating a forum rumour, and we would rather leave the gap visible.

What to use instead
