Dieniao is gone. This page sets out what the public record actually shows about when and how, what the site looked like while it traded, and what a customer left holding an account should do now.
The date it stopped
On 9 September 2026 the name resolved to nothing usable (ENOTFOUND). Three attempts, two protocols, no response.
12 working snapshots exist, ending April 2025. Nothing usable was archived after that month.
What the last capture shows
The final good capture, April 2025, carried the title "蝶鸟IP - 优质的企业级代理IP". The description it gave search engines said: "蝶鸟IP平台为云动科技倾力打造的大数据服务创新品牌,长期为政府、企业、个人用户提供最新免费代理IP,爬虫代理IP,在强大的技术实力保障下,我们为客户承诺稳定、放心的服务。"
Preserved copy has one advantage over a live page: it cannot be edited after the fact. What it shows is the promise, not the product.
What it looked like while it traded
The archive first captured a working page in January 2022.
None of it is a verdict on quality. It is the shape of a business that existed, which is worth establishing before anything else, because this market also contains names that never traded at all.
The domain, on paper
Public registry data puts the registration at 12 July 2011, through eName Technology Co., Ltd.. The name is roughly 15 years old. The registration lasts until 12 July 2026. Held, but unused. Registry query dated 23 April 2026.
The honest limit here: we can show you the ending and not the reason for it. Anyone publishing a confident explanation of a small provider's shutdown is usually repeating a forum rumour, and we would rather leave the gap visible.

Picking a replacement
For anyone with an unused balance: check whether your payment still falls inside your card scheme's dispute window. Keep the receipts and any support thread. Once a provider stops answering, that is usually the only route left.
