When the lights went out
We tried three routes to it on 9 September 2026 and all three failed (ENOTFOUND). Nothing is listening.
The last working page the archive caught was in January 2022, out of 78 good snapshots. Coverage is not continuous, so read it as roughly when.
What they sold
The archive first captured a working page in October 2007.
The public record holds that much. It shows a company that was real and shipping, and nothing about how well.
What the registry shows
The domain was registered on 20 July 2026 through NameCheap, Inc.. Someone renewed it through 20 July 2027 despite the site being gone. Checked against the registry on 9 September 2026.
We stop short of a cause deliberately. The registration and archive trail shows when things stopped and nothing about why, and the difference between those two claims is the difference between a fact and a defamation.

What to do if you were a customer
If you still have money or traffic sitting with them, the realistic options are a chargeback if the payment is recent enough for your card scheme, and a written record of what you paid for. Prepaid balances with a company that has stopped answering are rarely recovered any other way.
Choosing a replacement: weight the terms as heavily as the price. A balance that expires and a large minimum top-up are the two features that turn a shutdown into a real loss.
