Why people switch to HProxy

  • Pay as you go from $0.44/GB, with no subscription and no minimum spend.
  • A balance that never expires, so unused traffic is not lost at month end.
  • A network we verify around the clock, so you buy working addresses, not a headline pool number.
  • Residential, ISP, mobile and datacenter in one account, with city-level targeting.

When GeoNode is the right pick

We would rather be straight than salesy. Some buyers genuinely fit GeoNode better, and the full comparison says exactly when. If you need a large enterprise platform, a signed account or tooling we do not build, that is a fair reason to pay up. If you mostly need clean IPs without the platform or its bill, that is what HProxy is for.

Switching from GeoNode, answered

Is HProxy cheaper than GeoNode?

On residential, ours is $0.44/GB and the cheapest GeoNode rate we could verify is $0.79/GB, captured 10 August 2026. Their listing notes: "none, 10GB for $7.92". Prices move, so treat the date as part of the number, and check both current pages before deciding on price alone.

What is the best GeoNode alternative?

It depends on why you are leaving. If the problem is price, compare the rate you actually qualify for rather than the headline, since entry and floor rates on this market commonly differ by several times. If the problem is a commitment, a minimum spend or a sales call, look for pay-as-you-go with no minimum. If it is coverage or a specific country, test that country before you switch, because pool totals say nothing about one location.

How do I compare GeoNode pricing fairly?

Match the units before anything else. Residential is normally billed per gigabyte, ISP and datacenter per address, and mobile per month, so a per-GB rate set against a per-IP rate is not a comparison at all. Then compare the rate you can actually reach today rather than the volume tier that needs a large commitment, and finish by measuring success rate on your own target, because a cheap gigabyte that fails half the time costs more than a dearer one that works.

Do I have to talk to sales or commit to switch?

Not with us: you can sign up, top up from a few dollars and send traffic without a call, a minimum or a subscription, and the balance does not expire. Whether GeoNode requires any of those is on their own pricing page and worth reading before you compare, since a commitment is part of the price even when it is not part of the rate.
