HProxy vs IPFoxy.com: Proxy Prices, Package Expiry and Refunds (2026)

IPFoxy sells rotating residential and mobile traffic in packages that expire. One GB of residential costs $5.99 and lasts 30 days. The advertised $1.99 per GB comes with the 1,000 GB package, which costs $1,999 and lasts 180 days. Its residential targeting reaches cities, so our Residential Premium is the pool to set beside it. Premium bills $1.49/GB for the first GB and $1.00/GB at 1,000 GB+, and its traffic has no use-by date. Lite, our country-level pool, starts at $0.50 a GB. We read IPFoxy's pricing pages, help center and terms through our server on October 22, 2026. Then we set them against our price records of August 3. We sell residential proxies ourselves, and that shapes how we see this.

What does IPFoxy charge per GB?

IPFoxy prices rotating residential and mobile the same way, in six package sizes. Each larger package gets a lower rate and a longer validity period. Both ladders read the same on October 22, 2026 as in our records of August 3.

The rates fall steeply, but the two cheapest steps ask for $1,199 to $2,799 up front. Above 1,000 GB, IPFoxy quotes custom plans from $0.60 per GB for residential and $0.80 for mobile, with the discount set per customer.

How the ladder lines up with our rates:

• City targeting. Premium's first GB, at $1.49/GB, costs less than the $1.99 IPFoxy charges per GB on its 1,000 GB package.
• Country-level work. Lite costs $0.50/GB, so IPFoxy's single GB at $5.99 costs twelve times as much.
• Mobile. Ours costs $1.50/GB at any size, while IPFoxy needs 1,000 GB to reach $2.79. IPFoxy's mobile targets cities, and ours targets countries.
• Very large volume. Premium drops to $1.00/GB at 1,000 GB+. IPFoxy's custom residential plans start lower, at $0.60, on terms it sets buyer by buyer.

What happens to IPFoxy traffic you do not use in time?

Each package is valid for a fixed number of days. Packages up to 50 GB last 30 days, 100 GB lasts 60, 500 GB lasts 90 and 1,000 GB lasts 180. IPFoxy's help center asks buyers to watch the expiration date and renew in time. It also says the quotas handed to sub-accounts are cleared when the package expires.

The advertised rate therefore holds only if the traffic gets used. Finishing the $1,999 package inside 180 days takes about 5.6 GB a day, every day. What each GB costs if you stop short:

• All 1,000 GB used. Each GB costs the advertised $1.99.
• Half used. The same $1,999 works out to $4.00 per GB.
• About a third used. At 334 GB, each GB costs $5.99, the price of a single 1 GB package.
• A fifth used. At 200 GB, each GB costs $10.00.

Gigabytes bought from HProxy carry no expiry date: our terms keep purchased traffic on the account until it is used. Those terms cover the pool behind a product for 30 days from purchase. After that window, a remaining balance is kept and works whenever a compatible pool is available. Work that pauses for a month, or a budget you cannot forecast, is where the two models part.

What do IPFoxy's static proxies cost now?

IPFoxy rents static IPs for 30, 90, 180 or 360 days, with unlimited data. On October 22, 2026, one IP for 30 days cost:

Longer terms cost 5, 10 and 12 percent less than three, six and twelve times the 30-day price. A static ISP IP for 360 days costs $84.36.

Our August 3 records show the 30-day cards at $6.39, $3.99 and $3.19, a fifth under the starting prices in IPFoxy's own menu. The earlier version of this page could not explain that gap. By October 22, the cards had risen to the menu prices. An article Caproxy published on March 15, 2026 lists the same one-year prices IPFoxy shows today.

IPFoxy's static IPs target countries only and take UDP for $0.50 per IP. Its static residential IPs run at 2 to 10 Mbps unless you pay for more bandwidth. Our static ISP IP keeps one address for the whole term and handles HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on ports 80 and 443, without UDP. Details sit on our ISP proxies and datacenter proxies pages.

How do sessions and targeting compare?

• Targeting. IPFoxy's rotating residential picks a country, state or city, and its mobile reaches city level. Lite targets countries, and Premium adds state, city, ASN and device, as our residential proxies page sets out. Our mobile proxies target countries.
• Sessions. IPFoxy keeps a sticky IP for 30 minutes by default or 60 with a setting, or changes it on every request. Premium can hold one exit from 3 minutes up to 24 hours, and Lite keeps one per session ID.
• Protocols. Both sell HTTP and SOCKS5 on rotating traffic. Premium also relays UDP over SOCKS5, and IPFoxy offers UDP as a paid add-on for static IPs.
• Sub-accounts. IPFoxy can split one package between sub-accounts, and their quotas end with the package.
• An unlimited plan. IPFoxy also rents residential access by time, bandwidth and a list of allowed domains. Buying it requires a company identity check, and sites outside the list stay blocked.

How do refunds, trials and payments differ?

• IPFoxy refunds. Its service agreement says that once a payment is confirmed, IPFoxy "shall not provide refunds or credits for any reason". Static IPs that expire cannot be renewed or retrieved.
• HProxy refunds. Ask within 14 days and our refund policy sends unused balance back the way it came, by card or crypto. Gigabytes already routed are billed.
• Trial. IPFoxy gives new users 200 MB of rotating residential data and two IPs for three days, once they bind a phone number. We offer no trial, and a first top-up can be $3 in crypto or $10 by card.
• Payment. IPFoxy's help center lists cards, PayPal, WeChat, Alipay and crypto, in an article last updated in 2024. We take cards, crypto, Alipay, Pix and QRIS, and no PayPal.
• ID checks. IPFoxy wants a phone number before the trial and a company verification before the unlimited plan. HProxy asks for no ID to open an account or for a normal purchase.

Where is IPFoxy the better pick?

• A free trial. 200 MB of residential data and two 3-day IPs cost nothing after phone binding.
• City-level mobile. Its mobile packages target cities, and ours stop at the country.
• UDP on static IPs. It adds UDP to a static IP for $0.50, while our static ISP IPs carry TCP on ports 80 and 443.
• PayPal and WeChat. Both appear among its payment methods.
• Time-billed residential for companies. The unlimited plan suits work aimed at a fixed list of sites.

Where is HProxy the better pick?

• A lower rate on every fixed package. Premium's first GB costs less than IPFoxy's 1,000 GB rate.
• No use-by date. Purchased traffic waits on the balance until a job needs it.
• Money back on unused balance. The refund window runs 14 days.
• Longer sessions and UDP on residential. Premium holds an exit for up to a day and relays UDP.
• Cheaper static IPs. A static ISP IP costs $2.70/IP a month against IPFoxy's $7.99.
• Pix and QRIS at checkout, beside cards, crypto and Alipay.

Which seller fits which job?

Pick IPFoxy if you want to try before paying or need mobile IPs in a specific city. It also suits a steady volume that will clear a big package inside its window. For very large and regular use, its custom plans above 1,000 GB are worth a quote.

Pick HProxy if your traffic comes in bursts or the rate per GB decides it. It also suits anyone who would rather keep unused gigabytes than race a deadline. Premium covers city, state and ASN targeting, and Lite covers country-level work for less.

How can you check before you commit?

What this page could not check

• No traffic tests. We ran no traffic through either network for this page, ours included, so speed and success rates go unmeasured here.
• Region prices. Region and supplier choices on IPFoxy's static cards load in the browser, so a region other than the default may cost more or less.
• The discount labels. Larger packages carry "Sign Up and Get" percent-off labels the page does not explain, and we bought nothing to see them applied.
• Leftover traffic. IPFoxy's pages do not say whether a package bought before expiry carries the old remainder forward.
• The unlimited plan. Its prices sit inside the dashboard, behind a company identity check.
• Next check. IPFoxy's static prices moved between August and October, so look again after December 22, 2026.
