People arrive at a proxy provider comparison for one of two reasons: the price moved, or the thing stopped working. This page assumes you are in one of those two positions with SoChillPanel and wants to be useful in ten minutes rather than impressive in thirty.
SoChillPanel on the record
The domain is sochillpanel.com.
What we do not hold is a current, sourced price for SoChillPanel. Rather than print a figure we cannot stand behind, this page leaves it out and tells you what to look for when you read their page yourself.
Look for the tier you would actually land in, not the one at the bottom of the table, and find the expiry and failed-request clauses before the rate impresses you.
How SoChillPanel presents itself
Read 9 September 2026, the homepage titles itself "SoChillPanel , Premium Social Media Marketing & SEO Services". In the description they hand to search engines: "SoChillPanel provides affordable social media marketing and quality SEO services. Boost your online presence with high‑quality followers, website traffic, and 24/7 support."
Taken from the same page, on the same day:
Payment methods mentioned: PayPal, crypto, cards and Wise or Payoneer. Support is advertised as around the clock. A refund or money-back term is mentioned. We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
Treat all of it as advertising, because it is. Its value is that it is dated and quotable, which is more than most comparison pages offer.
Longevity, on the public record
The domain was registered on 26 July 2019, through HOSTINGER operations, UAB, which makes it about 7 years old. Registry data as of 9 September 2026. It is paid up until 26 July 2027.
Age is not quality. A long registration does not make a network good, and a new one does not make it bad. What it does rule out is the shortest-lived pattern in this market, which is a site that appears, sells, and is gone inside a year.
The activity record
Our crawl of their site found 12 pages carrying a date. The oldest is from July 2019 and the newest from August 2026. 9 of them carry a date inside the last twelve months.
Recent dates prove somebody is still at the keyboard. They prove nothing about the network, which is what the test at the end of this page is for.
The parts no marketing page answers
The country total, and the country you use
Country totals are counted generously across this whole market. A country with a handful of addresses counts the same as one with hundreds of thousands. If your work depends on one location, test that location before you switch.
Match the units before anything else
Work out what your job actually consumes, in gigabytes or in concurrent addresses, before you look at any price. Without that number, no two quotations in this market can be compared at all.
What happens when it breaks at two in the morning
Test the support channel before you need it. Ask something specific and technical, and judge both the speed and whether the answer came from somebody who understood the question.
Side by side, with the blanks left blank
The rows that matter, with our own answers stated plainly:
| Question to ask | SoChillPanel | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | On their own terms page | Never |
| Minimum commitment | Their terms page answers this | None |
| Identity checks | Check the current terms, this one moves | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | Read their current terms | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Worth confirming in writing before you commit | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
We would rather show an incomplete table than a confident wrong one. Anything we could not source is left for you to read at the source, with the date you read it.
A test worth more than this comparison
Do this once and you will never need a comparison page for this decision again.
- Open an account on each and add the smallest amount they take. Skip the trial if a paid unit is cheap enough to buy outright.
- Point both at your real target, through your real tool, on the same day, with the same mix of requests.
- Count how many requests returned what you wanted, and how much bandwidth each side spent doing it.
- Spot-check the exits. Confirm they are in the country you paid for and the connection type you were sold.
- Take the winner and set a reminder to run this again, since a result has a shelf life of about a quarter.
Who else is in this bracket
The same treatment, applied to the providers most often weighed against this one:
- Backtalk alternatives
- Baker Proxies alternatives
- Bartproxies alternatives
- Beeproxy alternatives
- Befreeproxy alternatives
- Belurk alternatives
Where HProxy sits in that test
Our own lane is easy to state. Residential starts at $0.44 per GB, the balance is topped up when you want and does not expire, there is no subscription unless the optional discount suits you, and city and ISP targeting are included rather than sold separately. If the test above puts us second on your target, buy the winner.
