Skip the dead lists.

Our free proxy list re-checks every exit every few minutes across 100+ countries, with a live last-checked time, so you copy IPs that worked moments ago, not a stale text dump.

proxy2013.tk does not exist any more. The name stopped resolving, so a browser cannot even find a server to ask, and the last time anything answered there was October 2013.

What it was

The Internet Archive's first working copy of proxy2013.tk is from June 2013 and it holds 4 days of captures in total.

The page called itself "Proxy 2013 - Proxy2013.Tk". It ran on Glype, the script behind most free web proxies of that era.

Proxy2013.Tk Free proxy server is a kind of buffer between your computer and the Internet resources you are accessing.

That is the site's own description, from the capture of 18 June 2013.

It was listed on workingproxysites.com, a directory of free web proxies, 13 years ago, and that listing counted 1,198 clicks through to it. The directory recorded it as United Kingdom.

When it stopped

The last capture that shows the proxy itself is from 3 October 2013.

What the name does today

We checked proxy2013.tk on 10 September 2026 from our own server. The name does not resolve: there is no address behind it, so nothing can be served from it.

What still works

The replacement for a dead web proxy is not another name to remember. Our free proxy list shows when each entry was last checked and re-verifies every few minutes, and the checker tests an address you bring yourself.

Free proxies stay shared and short lived. For opening a blocked page that is usually enough, and for anything that has to work at a particular moment it is not.

What this page cannot tell you

Why it stopped is not in the record. A dead name and an archive that runs out show that something ended, not the reason for it, and we will not put a reason in print that the record does not carry.

Our status check is one day from one vantage point, and a site that refuses requests from data centres would look the same as one that is switched off. We will check this page again by 1 January 2027.

Frequently asked questions

Is proxy2013.tk still working?
No. The name no longer resolves, which we checked on 10 September 2026 from our own server. The last working page the Internet Archive holds is from October 2013.
What was proxy2013.tk?
A free web proxy running the Glype script. Its own page said: Proxy2013.Tk Free proxy server is a kind of buffer between your computer and the Internet resources you are accessing.
What can I use instead of proxy2013.tk?
A list that is re-checked rather than a name someone remembers. Our free proxy list is re-verified every few minutes, so entries that stop answering drop off it. Free proxies stay shared and short lived, so anything behind a login will still break.
