Every proxy provider page, ours included, is built from advertised prices and claimed pool sizes. Those two materials cannot tell you what you actually need to know, so this page spends most of its length on what they leave out.
What we know about Keyword Tools, and what we do not
Keyword Tools trades at keyword-tools.org.
There is no price in this comparison because we do not have one we can date and attribute. What follows instead is the set of questions that decide the cost once you do read their page.
When you do read it, note four things: the rate you actually qualify for today, the minimum purchase, whether unused balance expires, and whether failed requests are billed. Those four decide the real cost more than the headline does.
Keyword Tools in its own words
On 9 September 2026 the site introduced itself as "Kostenloses SEO Keyword-Recherche-Tool". Written for search engines, their description says: "Du willst Deinen Content für Google optimieren? Mit dem kostenlosen Keyword-Recherche-Tool findest Du schnell and einfach relevante Keywords."
Also on the page, stated plainly:
We found no separate pricing page linked from the homepage, which usually means the price arrives by quotation.
Treat all of it as advertising, because it is. Its value is that it is dated and quotable, which is more than most comparison pages offer.
How far back the record goes
The domain was registered on 2 March 2015, through Amazon Registrar, Inc, which makes it about 11 years old. We pulled that from the registry on 9 September 2026. The current registration term ends 2 March 2027.
None of it predicts success rate. It is here because domain age and archive depth are free to check, and a provider whose public record starts last quarter deserves a smaller first order.
What the search data says about Keyword Tools
Worldwide, the brand carries about 10 searches a month: 10 a month for a review of them. Figures read from Google Keyword Planner on 9 September 2026.
The largest share is people checking whether to trust it, which is the honest starting point for a page like this one.
The questions behind the numbers
Match the units before anything else
Half this market prices bandwidth and half prices addresses. A per-address plan is cheap for heavy traffic through few exits and ruinous for light traffic through many, and the reverse holds for per-gigabyte plans.
The day something goes wrong
Test the support channel before you need it. Ask something specific and technical, and judge both the speed and whether the answer came from somebody who understood the question.
Why an old benchmark is wrong
Pools are rebuilt, suppliers change and detection improves. A provider that beat the field last spring may be mid-table now. Nothing in this market stays true long enough to buy once and stop measuring.
The comparison, honestly framed
Compare on these rows and ignore the feature lists on both sites:
| Question to ask | Keyword Tools | HProxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Not verified by us, read their page | From $0.44/GB, pay as you go |
| Does unused balance expire? | Read their current terms | Never |
| Minimum commitment | On their own terms page | None |
| Identity checks | Not published clearly, ask before paying | Card orders are screened, and verification is sometimes requested |
| Targeting | Check the current terms, this one moves | Country, city and ISP |
| Free way to evaluate | Their terms page answers this | Free proxy list and proxy checker |
A table like this can rank the things that are written down. It cannot rank the thing that matters most, which is how the network behaves against the site you care about.
What to do instead of reading more comparisons
The steps below take about ten minutes and settle the question properly.
- Take the smallest paid unit each provider will sell you. A free trial works for a first pass, though trials sometimes ride better pools than paid plans do.
- Fire the same batch through both on one afternoon. Different days are different conditions, and that ruins the comparison.
- Write down two numbers per provider: the share of requests that succeeded, and the traffic it cost.
- Take a handful of the addresses you were given and verify their country and type against a checker you do not control.
- Choose on the measurement, not the marketing, and expect the answer to change within a year.

Where we fit
For completeness: residential from $0.44 per GB, city and ISP targeting included, no monthly minimum, and a balance that stays where you left it. We are a good fit for uneven workloads and a poor one for anybody who wants a signed enterprise agreement.
