7.1. Heavens Proxy reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
8.1. These TOS and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heavens Proxy operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
