Account Terms
- •You must be 18 years or older to use our services
- •One account per person — no sharing credentials
- •You are responsible for all activity under your account
- •Keep your login credentials secure
- •Provide accurate information during registration

Acceptable Use
- •Use proxies only for lawful purposes
- •No illegal activities including fraud, hacking, or harassment
- •No scraping sites in violation of their terms of service
- •No sending spam or unsolicited communications
- •No attempting to circumvent security measures
- •No reselling or sharing proxy access without authorization

Prohibited Activities
- •Any form of illegal activity
- •Distributing malware or malicious software
- •Attacks on networks or systems (DDoS, etc.)
- •Identity theft or impersonation
- •Child exploitation material (immediate termination + law enforcement)
- •Cryptocurrency mining through our proxies

Billing & Refunds
- •Pay-as-you-go billing based on bandwidth usage
- •Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes
- •Unused bandwidth never expires (except Survey tier)
- •Refunds available within 24 hours for unused data
- •Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability
- •We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
- •Scheduled maintenance announced in advance when possible
- •No liability for service interruptions beyond our control
- •We may modify or discontinue features with notice

Termination
- •You may close your account at any time
- •We may terminate accounts violating these terms
- •Serious violations result in immediate termination
- •Upon termination, unused balance may be forfeited
- •Data retention follows our Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability
- •Services provided "as is" without warranties
- •We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- •Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months
- •You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use
