When it stopped
The last capture that returned a page at all is from 20 February 2020 and the archive kept visiting until 23 December 2021.
By 19 December 2018 the same address answered with something else: the capture from that day is titled "russiaproxy.online - Registered at Namecheap.com".
What the name does today
We checked russiaproxy.online on 10 September 2026 from our own server in Germany. It answers, and the page is titled "russiaproxy.online - russiaproxy Resources and Information.".
What to use instead
Use a list somebody keeps checking rather than a name that used to work. Our free proxy list is re-verified every few minutes, and an address that stops answering leaves it instead of sitting there for years. If you already have an address, the proxy checker will tell you whether it still relays anything.
